“ Wow!!!! What a perfect place to stop on your way to and from adventures! We stopped after hiking Bryce Canyon traveling highway I15. The service was quick and accommodating with our 4 children. They were able to make pasta the way they like it. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a yummy salad bar with a few tasty breadsticks. Not many places are available on road trips that work well for adults and kids...healthy, fast, clean, with a beautiful view!!!! ”

“ Update 9/27/24: .They've added "sconewiches" to the entree menu. In Utah, scones are dense fried bread, often served with honey butter. Here, the scone is sliced and filled with sandwich meats, veggies, and condiments. I found the scone flavor to be like focaccia bread, and the sandwiches themselves well worth the trip from the other side of town. We each added a side (salad for me, soup for my spouse) with a coupon that discounted the whole meal by 5. Good food and good value! Salad/soup bar in its cute converted van is awesome, but "single" means single visit, and the dishes they provide are tiny. Just barely worth the price for the soup and salad - but then the bread pushes it over the top! The chicken veggie soup (broccoli) was extremely tasty, making me wish I had opted for the double serving. My spouse had the Alfredo pasta, but said the sauce was "too bland and too much," so half the portion was discarded. Next time, my spouse will opt for a different sauce. We asked about buying a single bread roll, and the manager just gave us one - so once more, the bread rescued an otherwise mediocre experience. My advice: whatever you order, make sure it comes with bread! And they have both Coke and Pepsi, great for a divided household like ours. ”

The place is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, easy to navigate, menu promptly displayed along with QR codes to view the menu on your phone while you wait. The queue line was easy and the servers were knowledgeable and efficient. The ambiance is great! I love the old Dodge A100 Sportsman converted into a salad bar is the centerpiece and is just cool!!
